If you are taken in for a pre-disciplinary interview (PDI), ask for union representation!
The PDI is used to establish if discipline is warranted. It is the union’s best chance of heading off discipline before it is issued.
It is much easier to defend you and make a case as to why discipline should not be issued than to get it removed or reduced using the grievance procedure.

Fill them out every day and keep a copy for your records!
PS Form 1571 is very important if you are told to curtail
mail to create undertime in order to take a pivot!
Please enter all time worked off your assignment in the time clock!
These clock rings are frequently needed in grievances!
They may not only help you but your fellow carriers as well!
If you won't do it for management do it for your union.
