PS Forms 3996 and 1571!
Fill them out every day and keep a copy for your records!
PS Form 1571 is very important if you are told to curtail
mail to create undertime in order to take a pivot!
Please enter all time worked off your assignment in the time clock!
These clock rings are frequently needed in grievances!
They may not only help you but your fellow carriers as well!
If you won't do it for management do it for your union.
